PDELETE: for managing physical data provide a retention period instead of a date from when to delete.

The issue was discussed at the last IZSAM workshop in Frankfurt/Main, Germany and I was asked to  create an idea for it:

In IZSAM Physical Delete function there should be something like PDEL=nn  where nn stands for "keep physical data for nn+current months"

Big advantage: no more JCL change for delete physical data older than date yy/mm necessary for a houskeeping job on an e.g. weekly base.

We currently let IWS do the math, but the product should allow to provide a retention period so we don't need such "external" support. 

It should and could work like the similar parm for USAGE DELETE.
