Allow scan of only migrated datasets

For audit purpose it sometimes become neccesary to scan also for migrated datasets. There is an option available to do so when using CATALOG keyword. But using CATALOG keyword only scans on datasets which are connected via standard catalog search and does not identify datasets which are not cataloged. To get a full list of datasets there is only a way to run 2 requests like

SCANDIR DA(*) MAXTASKS(5) INUSEWARN      
SCANDIR DA(**) MAXTASKS(1) INUSEWARN REMIGRATE CATALOG     

But doing so many libraries are scaned via both requests, which creates overhead (and finaly gives some errors like reported in TS020326284). So the best solution to overcome this duplicate scan/load would be to give possibility to only scan on migrated datasets. (as migrated datasets are not detected via VTOC scan there is no overlap possible).
