Unable to change File Status in test run

Testing code with any status really involving a file (not found, invalid record length etc.) for  a better  code coverage report by having test cases on those scenarios for a simple programs that really has not many lines would end up creating test case for these file open close and other status to get the code coverage standard.

    Adding this feature would be of real help particularly for smaller programs which really don't have much logic apart from these file open close. To meet threshold code coverage that we set as a benchmark it would be beneficial to have this feature so that we can have few test cases covering this.
