Enable CC control to allow TOM to insert forced page break per max lines

Please implement a feature where ITOM will insert carriage control characters into a report to indicate a page break based upon a specified number of lines per page. E.g. If lines per pages is set to 1, then insert a skip to top of form control character in front of each line of report data. TOM should allow the max lines per page to be defined at the report level.

    Delivered in APAR PM53719. Specify value for "Page Length" field on "Selector Rule" panelID BJTPDDED.

    "Page length: Specify a numeric value between 0-9999 to indicate the auto-pagination page length. A value of 0 indicates that no auto-pagination is in effect. A value between 1 and 9999 indicates the number of records per page."
