Provide the ability to see the archive dataset name from viewer

In earlier releases of ITOM the ISPF archive and report viewer was the native viewer or browser. Both would include the name of the archive data set in the ISPF panel heading. In ITOM v3.1 a new ISPF viewer was introduced and the archive data set name is no longer available. Many users have become accustomed to this capability and are now at a loss for quickly identifying the archive data set name. The archive data set name should be included in the panel heading fore the new viewer.

Hiding the archive data set name was a security enhancement for v3.1. Only trusted administrators should know the data set name to prevent inadvertent viewing of potentially confidential data with ISPF. Users can obtain the data set name by entering the primary command of CHIDE on the archive view list panel (BJTZVARC) and unhiding the data set name.
