IBM Output Manager support for non US-code page in BJTCUNLD

When loading the ITOM catalog/index from an IDXOUT file exported from CA-VIEW (SAR), one of the steps involves running a sequence of jobs from the customised SBJTSAMP called BJTJCXV1, BJTJCXV2 abd BJTJCXV3.
In the last step of the BJTJCXV2 the program BJTCUNLD is executed and this creates a series of datasets with a last qualifer of .HEAD.
Those .HEAD datasets contain SYSIN input to a DB2 LOAD utility in job BJTJCXV3, that is, they contain statements like this:

INDDN ARCDD
RESUME NO REPLACE LOG NO NOCOPYPEND
IDENTITYOVERRIDE
EBCDIC CCSID(00037,00000,00000)
FORMAT DELIMITED
COLDEL ','
CHARDEL '"'
DECPT '.'
INTO TABLE
But our Db2 is configured to use the UK EBCDIC code page, 285 and we need these .HEAD files to contain:
EBCDIC CCSID(00285,00000,00000)
... instead of ...
EBCDIC CCSID(00037,00000,00000)
Please enhance BJTCUNLD so it can be made to punch out LOAD statement with any chosen CCSID.
