Combine 12x BJT SOA rows into a 1x BJT SOA row

This request concerns the 12 rows added to BJTSOA for each archive. The continual addition of these rows and the insert activity visible via Query Monitor show the CPU requirement and I/O to use 12 rows to describe 12 attributes. Our request should dramatically decrease Selector CPU requirements and lower the size of BJTSOA. Each row in BJTSOA has a single SYSOUT attribute – form, flash, burst, fcb, etc. That means that each archive (~4mm and growing) has 12 rows of data in BJTSOA to describe attributes for a single output. Our proposed RFE would be to consolidate 12x rows into a single row. So far, Rocket has said “it would take a lot of work” and “you can fill out the RFE” – but other than that, no actions.
