IBM Z Service Management Explorer should retain state between login sessions

In cases where users are voluntarily or involuntarily logged out of IBM Z Service Management Explorer, upon their return they should be able to go right back to where they were when they logged off, without losing their place - e.g. have the option to go back to the last workspace viewed.
