This request is to be able to customize the depth of the Persistent data Stores or their number, what the official documentation have called the "default historical interval", as well as the time of switch between one dataset and another

    Hello, thank you for opening this product enhancement request. I am pleased to announce this enhancement has been delivered.

    Changes delivered via: 7.5.0 PTF UJ02777 (PDSV2H), and PTF UJ03894 (PDSv2)

    These changes allow OMEGAMON Administrators to customize the depth of the persistent Data Stores.

    See OMEGAMON Parameters: Kxx_PDS2_STORE_SIZE and Kpp_PDS2_SEC_SIZE

    Administrators can control switch between one dataset and another by using a space-based or a time-based setting. When using time based the switch occurs at midnight local time.

    The proposal is acceptable.
    The last question: the parameter will be available for each component or will be valid for the whole OMEGAMON complex?

    Hi,
    to be clear, you propose that it will be possible to choose the number of datasets (user choice), that every PDSv2 dataset will contain 24 hours of data (one each day), but it will be not possible to choose the exact time to switch PDSv2 dataset. Right?
