Configuration Manager - provide a variable for the Linkage Editor module or hard code exec PGM=HEWLH096

By default, when running Configuration Manager, it calls the IEWL Linkage Editor module. We would like an enhancement to Configuration Manager where a variable is provided for the Linkage Editor module so that you can set it to something else such as L99IEWL, HEWL, IEWBLINK, and HEWLH096. Another possibility would be to hard code exec PGM=HEWLH096 in the Configuration Manager job.

This would benefit customers as it would provide more flexibility within the Configuration Manager job to point to another Linkage Editor module. For example, our site has a USERMOD that is causing the binder to fail when running Configuration Manager, so having this variable or hard coded exec available within the Configuration Manager job itself would be beneficial for us without having to modify our USERMOD and potentially impact other applications with their link-edit processes.
