Change the default for all screens to make all columns Sortable and Filterable, similar to the way they are in the TEPS.

As an OMEGAMON Technical SME, I am asked frequently to create custom screens in the Enhanced 3270 User Interface (e3270ui).  Ninety-nine percent of the time, this is simply to add fields to FILTERCOLS and SORTCOLS.  While this is easy to do, you wind up with a custom workspace that needs to be maintained if new fields are ever introduced to the default version of the workspace with future maintenance.
