Reduce the repetitive definitions required to specify port pools.

Currently, transport pools are defined by each type of agent Kpp_X_KDE_TRANSPORT_POOL_OPTIONS. This wastes the admin's time by having to specify the parameter for each agent.  Additionally it increases the chance for errors by requiring the pool to be specified multiple times.   On top of that, it also has to be specified in the EMBEDS the same way, for each agent.  This cumbersome repetitive definition could be simplified by using an RTE wide definition like RTE_TRANSPORT_POOL and moving the EMBEDS entries to the RTEDEF.  In summary, create settings like:

  • RTE_TRANSPORT_POOL_RANGE "10111-10535"
  • RTE_TRANSPORT_EPHEMERAL "Y/N"
  • RTE_TRANSPORT_LOOPBACK "Y/N" (and potentially moving KDE_LOOPBACK_POOL from EMBEDS to RTEDEF)
