Detect attempts to extend size of Application Stack storage beyond ESPS limit

Attempts to extend Application Stack storage beyond the ESPS limit are not currently detected or handled directly; the stack pointer is set to what should be the new address, but the storage is not mapped.

Processing in this scenario inevitably triggers an OPR-4, but shouldn't be allowed to even try to get that far.

We are requesting a change to processing of Application Stack extension processing that directly checks any attempt to extend the size of Application Stack storage for an ECB in excess of the ESPS limit.

The approach mentioned in PMR 85209 (49R 000) is suggested, though the dump issued does not need not to specifically be 06400B:

what if we (...) interrogate the current stack register and compare it to the maximum, and change the dump code to a CTL-06400B at that time?

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
Product family - z Systems Software
    Product - z/TPF

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - z/TPF

Due to resources and prioritization, IBM does not intend to do this in the foreseeable future.
