Additional use of Utilization versus the cap

As described in the PMR we are using a capped LPAR and need a couple of changes.
Firstly customer would like ZSTAT U to include the utilization versus the cap, much like its being reported as a single percentage in data reduction and CDC.
Secondly customer is using LODIC UTIL classes and feels that a Cap needs to be considered. For example target of 90% on a capped LPAR should be 90% of the Cap and so changing the cap should not necessitate any changes to the target utilization as it does today.

    We believe the first request in this RFE has been delivered by z/TPF APAR PJ44591. A new command, ZSTAT LPAR, was delivered by that enhancement APAR. ZSTAT LPAR provides a column called UTILVCAP which is utilization vs. cap. Much like what you would see in the LPAR display in data reduction.

    We believe that GP utilization can be used for this second part of this RFE. The LODIC UTILCLASS has the ability to check a GP utilization (ZSYSL ALTER UTILCLASS-name GPTARGET-value) as well as a pseudo utilization (ZSYSL ALTER UTILCLASS-name TARGET-value). With the utilization configuration file, the user can specify a GP CAP. The GPTARGET utilization is a percentage of the GP CAP. Effectively, this is the same capability that is being requested in this RFE.
