CRUISE should allow FVN (File Version Number) to be used with REF= parameter when specifying a file ID range.

CRUISE should allow FVN (File Version Number) to be used with REF= parameter when specifying a file ID range. This will make it easier to create DBDEF's specifically for large captures. Special DBDEF's with user-exits can be set up for the system capture. They can all be assigned the same FVN, for example 50. The ID range would then be setup for that specific FVN.
Currently the FVN is not allowed when entering an ID range parameter (id-id is a range of IDs in 2-character or 4-character hexadecimal format). The FVN following the id-id range should be allowed where FVN-vv specifies the file version, where vv is the file version number. Currently the FVN is zeroed out at the start of each ID in the range.

The FVN would apply to the single item or the starting and ending ID pair that immediately preceding the FVN parameter - in case there are multiple pairs or ID specifications.
