z/TPF update to capture EMW (Extended Measurement Word) from IRB

z/TPF update to be done likely within csect CCSONS to capture the Extended Measurement Word (EMW) from the IRB

This would modify the DASD interrupt handler routine to save the extended measurement word (EMW) in z/TPF's I/O control block (IOB). The EMW is an 8 word (32 byte) area at the end of the interrupt response block (IRB) that includes the components of the response time for the last I/O started for this device (device time, connect time,
pend time, etc.).

Lab has already provided a temporary patch in response to a specific customer incident to accomplish the following: This patch saves the first 28 bytes of the EMW into the end of the 64-byte user area of the IO control block (dctmio.mac, field MIOUSERA). The last 4 bytes of the EMW are reserved (not used), so this patch does not copy that
part of the EMW. The copy will be done for every IOB coming to the post interrupt routine (error or success).

Review to see if there is appropriate value in providing this type of diagnostic information and applying this in some manner as an permanent update to the zTPF base software in some similar fashion.
