Toolkit debugger should differentiate between trace and dump view sessions

The TPF Toolkit debugger does not differentiate between a trace thread and a dump view thread as each contains debug data, so both threads are all labelled "Incoming Remote Debug session".
This causes confussion if the user has some old dump view threads in the debug tab and then activates a new trace session because the debug focus remains on the old dump view thread
and the user must manually switch the focus to the new trace thread.
The Toolkit assumes that the old dump view thread is actually an active trace session so the focus remains there rather than switching to the newly created trace session.
This RFE is to request different labelling of the dump view and debug trace threads and to allow the focus to switch from dump thread to new trace thread.
In the PMR discussion it was made clear that this behaviour is a feature of the eclipse design common to many eclipse debug applications so this requirement would need general eclipse approval.
Enhancing the ease of deleting dump view threads would also help, the existing delete option in the File View could be enhanced to include local dump view threads as well as the corresponding
debug data on the remote TPF system.
