Display capability for MQ socket buffer usage

Provide display capability for MQ socket buffer usage (zmqsc stat
enhancement?) and/or include usage of it in data collection reporting.

    No change will be made.
    The information that is desired can be obtained using the output from the ZMQSC DISPLAY CHS command and extracting the value of the socket field and then supplying that to the ZSOCK DISPLAY FORMAT command. An example of these two commands and the output returned is included below:
