Add Ability to Display Erroneously Available File Addresses

Currently, there is no function available to create a list of erroneously available addresses for analysis. We would like to see another option for ZRECP DISPLAY similar to the lost address display - like ZRECP DISPLAY ERRON FA ID-PR MAX-10. The database to store the addresses could also be cloned from the lost address database. The data from the FC32 could use the same routine as BKC1 uses when writing addresses to the RTL. This functionality would be the first step towards delivering an associated request to be able to display lost and erroneously available by last program to file, ID-44802.
