More ECB Heap usage information in TPF Data Reduction report

More details needed in the Data reduction performance reports about the usage of ECB Heap Storage:
1) The "TPF ECB HEAP REQUEST SIZE REPORT" shows heap request within specific size ranges, the first range from 0-136 bytes accounts for more than 49% of our ECB heap requests. The request is for some additional smaller ranges i.e. 0-15,16-47, 48-91, 92-136
2) Add a new report showing heap accesses by program name, similar to those for program enters and C-O-W activity, the report should show the top 100 programs by maloc type heap request.
