z/TPF SNAP dumps - option to SERRC

We propose adding code to IBM segments that contain SNAP dump code to have an option to take a SERRC instead. The segment can interrogate a new Format-2 Global. If the IBM segment name is found in the global, take a SERRC instead of a SNAP dump. If the segment name isn't in the global, take the SNAP dump. The updates to the Format-2 global would be controlled by a functional entry to add/delete entries from the global table.

Example: if UB30 is in the global, take SERRC dumps instead of SNAPs. If UB30 isn't in the global, take SNAPs.

Possible layout of new Snap-Serrc Global:
•Current Count Field xl4
•Max Count Field xl4
•Segment Name CL4 (repeating)

Lots of different ways to do this..and a lot of bells and whistles could be added.
•The global could contain a 5-byte entry for each IBM segment that takes SNAPs: 4-byte segment name and one byte SNAP/SERRC indicator. Default still SNAP if segment name not found in the global.
•The SERRCs could also be restricted to a specific calling segment (FFFFFC dumps caused by AAAA application segment vs. FFFFFC dumps caused by ABCD application segment).
