Remove IDCLS from the default items dumped by a normal CTL dump

When the CP detects an application error the ECB is exited with a CTL dump such as CTL-3, CTL-7, CTL-8 etc, these types of errors can normally be solved from their MINI dump report data.
If such dumps are post-processed as FULL dumps the report file grows 100 times due to the inclusion of the Dispatch Control Lists (IDCLS) which account for 98% of a typical FULL dump report.
Since the DCL information is not necessary to solve the average application style CTL dump it should not be included in the default CTL dump content.
This RFE requests that the IDCLS data is not dumped by default and should only be included if an IDOTB override specifically requests it.
Even better would be a user configurable SIP macro that allowed the customer to determine the default contents of CTL SYSDUMPS.
Our CTL dumps contain lots of information on features such as SNA and RCS which are of limited interest and others like CF LOCKING that are not even installed here.
See PMR for CTL-8 FULL dump example, its size is 256MB which is rather more than the 10MB RFE attachment limit!
