Exclude internal CISO function calls from the C function trace

Some CISO functions such as sprintf and snprintf are complex applications in their own right with many internal function calls that are of little interest to most programmers.
This request is to remove such calls from the C function trace, or at the very least eliminate the logging of their internal function calls which can account for a large proportion of available C function trace buffers.
As an example the Performance Analyzer will not report internal function calls if the IPAT definition is set to NODBUG, perhaps C function trace could adopt a similar standard.
It is enough to know that a sprintf was issued without printing the mutiple internal calls to genops, vfprintf, vsnprintf, strops, tprot, etc.
See attached dump for an example of this problem, also described in PMR 67707,660,706.
