Include tape ownership details on ZTPLF QUERY ... VSN-... display

Tape ownership in a mutiple cluster GRID linked VTS tape environment is quite an important variable when one of the VTS devices is down or the link between them is not functioning.
In this degraded state any tapes owned by the unavailable VTS cannot be mounted on another VTS because tape ownership cannot be transfered. Tape ownership is required for all actions even read, so it would be convenient to display this variable from TPF.
The following ZTPLF command should provide this ownership metric it its display output:
ztplf query dev-c5f VSN-G80067

    This information is not available to the host. However, this type of information is available from the hardware GUI.
    Here is a link to the white paper that describes the functions available through a command line interface that's embedded in the GUI.
