DFDL - Correlating Updates with Creates when sending deltas only.

DFDL - Generating deltas for data events.
When generating data events deltas for a record, there is not a way to identify (key data) what record has been changed when receiving the update without writing additional code. There are unique key data fields in the record that would allow this, however they are not sent unless that LREC is updated.
Creating User Context data has its own issues.
• Application Enrichment - You cannot use the currently open DF file during as it is in a temporary state because it has not been filed yet.
• Dispatch Enrichment – have to reopen the file you just processed, causing extra overhead. It also doesn't work when deleting the full record.
Update the DF descriptor files to allow the specification of one or more LREC keys that should always be sent even for deltas.
