Display of all items in the CRPA area

Add a display of all items in the CRPA areas.

    Based on the results of the TPFUG ballot, resources and priorities, IBM does not intend to implement this in the foreseeable future.

    This problem occurred because of a problem that we had with our loadtpf version that had the "load to 31 bit COW area" bit set. But, it would have been much easier to find and fix the problem if we could have seen what was in CRPA. We ended up writing a quick program to display the area and saw that there was a problem in that area.

    It could/would be useful to know which programs are sitting in the areas and how big they are - especially in the 31 bit areas. Program name, size, program type, and sweeper candidate (possibly) would all be useful.
