Support formatting of floats and doubles within an array while using DFDL / REST Support

We can format floats and doubles as decimals using a DFDL user exit function; however, an array of floats or doubles is not possible since there is no way to access these elements in an array for formatting. The XPath node reference within a DFDL expression needs to be able to access instances within an array to be able to do custom formatting on each element within an array.
