MRD( Multiple Release Detection) enhancement

Requesting two enhancements to the MRD ( IBM for the Multiple Release Detection package)



The first request would be to make the timestamp more granular for the release data by changing it from hh:mm to hh:mm:ss.



The second request would be to have it correctly display lower case characters in EBCDIC translations. In the example below, the record ID is listed as 81C1/AA. A more accurate display would show 81C1/aA.
