Making the times in display consistent or customizable

We have an issue because there are so many components to the time clock. We recently had a user in the Eastern Timezone working with a user in the Pacific Timezone. The tool where the servers are (Central Timezone). One of the displays also had GMT times displayed. It became very confusing as to the actual time of the event.

We are asking that the displays should be consistent, and possibly customizable to the users who are using the tool.

    Based on input about the priority of this request, IBM does not intend to implement this is the foreseeable future.
