Automatically create NVPs (when parsing DFDL)

Problem Statement: It would be beneficial for the z/TPF system to automatically create name-value pairs for REST services and potentially other uses of DFDL parsing. For example, REST service requests often contain details that should be in NVPs for the benefit of name-value pair collection, dumps and more. Instead of the customer having to make code changes for each service to set NVPs, the user could annotate the DFDL descriptor to indicate to the system which content should be created as a NVP.
Idea: The customer could code a variable in DFDL descriptors that the DFDL parser would use to create and set a NVP for the ECB. The variable would indicate the “name” and which field has the content.
