Support multiple zHTTP/zREST Provider Servers with each addressable by unique port number

1. Support multiple zHTTP/zREST Servers with each addressable by unique port number
2. Usage of z/TPF REST API (zREST) Services is growing rapidly.
3. With the growth of zREST URLs, multiple versions of zREST Services Traffic Volumes
4. It has become necessary to support the multiple concurrent execution of zHTTP/zREST Provider Servers within z/TPF instance.
5. As in the distributed world, addressing the additional instances of the zHTTP/ZREST Provider service would be using a different port rather than port 80.
6. Ideally, the supporting of multiple rest providers would probably be done with multiple URL mapping tables.
7. Ideally it would be helpful to Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD) Manage entries in the Multiple URL mapping tables with z/TPF Commands.
8. Also, ideally it would be helpful if the entire Supporting URL mapping table(s) could be replaced using FTP.
