Enhancement to the FCAP0009I output message

Hi,
As a complement to the previous RFE number 148274, this enhancement request concerns the FCAP0009I output message. We would like to have the tape VSN included in the output message as well:

FCAP0009I hh.mm.ss MOD 028A ON 650C TO TAPE xxxxxx ON 0C21 – COMPLETED
where xxxxxx=tape VSN.

    IBM does not expect to implement this in the foreseeable future.
    Although the tape is still mounted at the time the decision is made to send the completed message, this is the last VSN that was mounted and if a tape switch occurred then this will only be one of the tapes that was used. Therefore, the information may be incomplete.
