Make CRUISE Startup more like ZUDFM INIT

We had a situation where automation must have been running behind, so an operator started a CRUISE Capture job and before it completed, automation started.

So we had this sequence:
START job (by functional entry twice) and before it completed, START once (by automation) that responded with JOBX already running. The original job then finished before automation then followed up with START again. So we were then in a state where a table was inuse due to the first entry failing.

One would hope that the operators would be conscious enough to determine the state of things, but apparently that wasn't the case. They later wanted to start another CRUISE job and couldn't because of the earlier table already being in use. So anyhow, I've been asked to open an RFE.

Could CRUISE be enhanced to work more like ZUDFM INIT and if the followup entry didn't match the original one, it could reset things on its own. OR - if after a couple minute and the original entry wasn't repeated, it could also reset itself?
