Request to IBM to secure all Toolkit to TPF Connections

TPF Toolkit is using unsecured protocols to communicate with z/TPF. Specifically FTP. We are requesting that this protocol be changed to Secure FTP.

    TPF Toolkit 4.6 Fix Pack 18 and PJ47187 are now available and provide support for secure TPF debugger connections between TPF Toolkit and z/TPF.
    All TPF Toolkit to z/TPF connections are now secure.

    z/TPF APAR PJ46903 is now available and provides support to secure z/TPF REST connections to Linux on IBM Z.
