Create a NVP for the Network Services Database Name for the port that a message comes in on

We would like IBM to create a name for the NVP, something like INSD_Name and automatically assign the value of the application name defined in the Network Services Database to the ECB based on the port the message came in on.
If the port does not exist in the NSD, it would still be nice to have a value. Maybe something like UNK_<port number>.

Based on resources, priorities & future direction, IBM does not intend to implement this in the foreseeable future.
