TCP header display truncated in IPTPRT output

SYN packets with multiple TCP options may exceed the apparent 28-byte
limitation in the IPTPRT output. An example is:
TCP HEADER A45A1C84 625B3E6E 00000000 A0024600 7F2F0000 02042300
0402080A
The last 2-bytes indicate a "timestamp and exch of previous timestamp"
option which is 10-bytes in length. We discovered this is followed by
a "window scaling" option of another 3-bytes. We had to use IPTPRT
with the PCAPFILE option with Wireshark in order to see the window
scaling factor. The missing data from IPTPRT output was:
00B58840 00000000 01030307
Is it possible to display the entire TCP header when not using the
COMPACT parm?
