In that case, it comments only the last line of the block

IBM does not intend to implement this in the foreseeable future.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
Product family - z Systems Software
    Product - z/TPF

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - z/TPF

    New description:

The "comment code" menu item of the SYSTEM LPEX editor context menu (right click -> sources ->comment or ctl + / ) fails to comment a selected block of lines that contains one line with 71 characters length (like a multilines macro).

In that case, only the last line of the macro is commented out: and the editor shows warning messages as "Columns 1 - 15 must be blank for a line taht fallows a continued comment"
