Add TPFDF function details to macro trace in a post processed dump

TPFDF calls appear in dump macro trace as an ENTRC to a UA** assembler program, the reader must then consult the TPFDF programs for details of the actual function.
Could this information be included in the macro trace on the same line as the ENTRC?
When I read a dump I consult a file containing descriptions of all the TPFDF fastlink programs, but this task could be done equally well by the dump post-processor?
Attached is my TPFDF fastlink decode file and an example of a macro trace with the suggested information added.
