VFA performance suggestion

Whilst testing an application that issues thousands of FILECs on a specific VFA Immediate file address we saw the ZVFAC USAGE display never showed more than one access.
This is because VFA uses a new buffer if the current one has the write active bit set on i.e. it is still busy with the last FILEC request.
The result is that the application uses 1000s of VFA buffers for just one record and other good VFA candidates are flush prematurely.
Simply adding a YIELDC READY to the FILEC loop was enough to force VFA to use the same buffer for all the FILEC requests.
The suggestion is for VFA to do this automatically, if the VFA buffer has the write active bit set then add the ECB to the bottom of the ready list.

Just occurred to me that other ECBs might issue a FIND on this record and should get the most recent version, which will not happen if it is on the Ready list!
    Therefore RFE deleted ...
