Enhance the ZODBR DISPLAY STATUS command

Enhance the ZODBR STATUS display to provide a more accurate view of the current activity related to the running of an ODBR Move Session.  This includes:

1. Add information to the status display section 1 to show the status of Manual Validation (ACTIVE, NOT ACTIVE, PAUSING, PAUSED).

2. Provide additional information about the active Move Slot Areas (MSA's) in the ODBR processor unique keypoint.  Include the following information:
     - Move slot number
     - Current ordinal number (along with first/last ordinal numbers)
     - Status of current action being taken with this MSA 
          * RECORD MOVE ACTIVE
          * RECORD MOVE PAUSED
          * AUTO VAL ACTIVE
          * AUTO VAL PAUSED
          * MANUAL VAL ACTIVE
          * MANUAL VAL PAUSED

3. If automatic validation is in progress then the move shouldn't be displayed as complete until the automatic validation for this Move Slot Area completes.
