In TPF toolkit, add the possibility to define a default source lookup
at the TPF connection level.



REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION

The setting and selection of the default source lookup should work the
same way than the setting and the selection of the debug information
locator.

SOLUTION CONSIDERATIONS

The solution should implement an easy way to create, update and deploy
the default source lookup
