Separate counts by OSA for ZTTCP STATs display

On systems with multiple OSAs defined, exception counts (out of order, retransmit, fast retransmit, etc.) are accumulated and displayed together making it difficult to identify or troubleshoot which osa card is having an issue when the counts start increasing.

Based on effort and priority, IBM does not intend to implement this in the foreseeable future.

IBM does not believe separating out the ZTTCP DISPLAY STATS statistics provides substantial value. What you are really trying to determine is which interfaces are having the most exception conditions (retransmits, out of order, etc) for narrowing down problems. However, this can be determined today using ZSOCK EXCEPTION, and displaying sockets with the most exceptions.
