Include an Overview tab in Toolkit Trace Log Analysis data

The Toolkit trace log analysis gives a lot of detailed data for resources used by each program called during the trace, but sometimes it is difficult to get an overview for the whole trace.
A new "Overview" tab in the Trace Log Analysis section would meet this requirement and can include resources that are not currently reported by the TRLOG collection such as pool usage, VFA accesses, Copy on Write exceptions, tape accesses etc.
All these values are available in the ECB or its associated ECB resource monitor block, the following list was copied from PJ41593!
.
1 files not put in VFA. CE3ECBCT2 ECB field.
2 files put into VFA. CE3ECBCT4 ECB field.
3 find requests from DASD. CE3ECBCT1 ECB field.
4 find requests from VFA. CE3ECBCT3 ECB field.
5 copy-on-write requests. CE3COWCNT ECB field.
6 common blocks obtained. ECBRM value is CMBK.
7 ECBs that were created. ECBRM value is CRET.

10 GETFC storage requests. ECBRM value is GRFS.
