TPFDF Display Command Directed to the TPF File Systems

TPFDF should allow options to direct the output of a DBDSP (display) command to the TPF file systems, like the TPF Collection Support File system (TFS).

The DBDSP command reads logical records from an input file, optionally strips user specified leading bytes, and writes the data to a terminal in OMSG format using FMSG utility or using the WTOPC command. The output is directed to the device address where the input message originated. An additional output option should be supported to direct the output as a stream file to the TPF file systems. Parameters could be provided to specify the output directory path (defaults would apply if not specified), and options to create a new file, overwrite or append to an existing file.
