This is available with z/TPF APAR PJ46137.

Segment cuin.cpp is a new message user exit called at the queue level to allow customers to log/alter messages that are added to a queue or retrieved from a queue. This exit is called any time an MQPUT/MQPUT1/MQGET API is executed. For an MQPUT or MQPUT1 API, the user exit is called before the message is added to the queue prior to any potential compressing. For an MQGET API, the user exit is called after the message is retrieved from the queue following any potential decompression. This user exit allows customers access to the entire message, message headers, and size of the message. In addition to access to the message data, the user exit can modify the message, adding data or changing the size.
