Abstract: ZMQSC DEL QL- does not remove swept PID list for queue
Description: It looks like there is no way to ever delete a local queue once it has been defined. It is set to "deleted" but it actually still in the PID of queue definitions. I think that there should be a way for the deleted queues to get "deleted" and all its associated files. That looks like a design flaw. We should be able to delete a queue and remove it from the system.

    Based on resources and priorities, IBM does not expect to implement this in the foreseeable future.
