Report All MDBF Subsystems in DACOL

Abstract: Add a data collection reduction option that will produce subsystem specific reports for all measured subsystems.
Description: Current data collection reduction options allow subsystem specific reports to be produced for only one subsystem at a time. This requires extra work to generate a complete look at program and I/O data for all subsystems in an MDBF configuration.
Critical Success Factors: The "report all subsystems" option should not be dependent on any other reduction option. The OS/390 processing to "report all subsystems" should be less than the impact of running separate subsystem reports.
Alternative Solutions: Continue to require customers who use MDBF to generate separate data collection reports for each configured subsystem.
Solution Considerations: It may be desirable to produce all measurements for a subsystem in consecutive pages of the report output to allow for easier analysis.
