TCP Ephemeral Port Range

The z/TPF TCP/IP stack is using the port range 1024-5000 for outbound connections which was consistent with the BSD implementation at the time the inboard stack was introduced to TPF4.1. However since RFC6335 was published in August 2011 the best practice has been to use the IANA dynamic range of 49152-65535. Most platforms including BSD now use at least this range (some platforms use 1024-65535). We would like to move to the IANA dynamic port range in order to increase the number of outbound ports available.
