Log F/A of records with STDAUT bits in use

We would like an update to CRUISE and RECOUP to report file addresses that have STDAUT reserved bits in use. Perhaps they could be reported as a software error (similar to what was done for Encryption with RECOUP) or maybe written to a file in the TPF File System. PUT13 and CP20 both defined new use for bits in STDAUT. Both times, Sabre Apps had bits in use that caused fallback of the CP. We are hoping this update will help identify such offending apps with future STDAUT bits.
