New Reference Stop option in the TK Debugger

Request support for a new "Reference stop" breakpoint type. This would stop when a given EVA memory location is accessed by the traced ECB (read OR updated).

Support would at minimum allow the user to specify a memory address for a given number of bytes. It would also be helpful (more user friendly) to be able to specify the address to monitor using:
1) the current value of a register + a displacement, for a given number of bytes
2) the current location of a given variable for a given number of bytes.

Reference to (read or update) any byte in the memory address range would trigger the breakpoint.

    (1) Watch breakpoints will stop the debugger when the memory location is updated by the ECB. That is available today.

We have no requests for improvements to update memory watch breakpoints. The missing functionality is to support reference but not update to core. If that's not possible this request can just be declined.

    (1) Watch breakpoints will stop the debugger when the memory location is updated by the ECB. That is available today. Is there anything that we can do to make this work better?
    (2) We are unable to stop the debugger when the memory location is read by the ECB. We looked into whether there was a hardware facility that the debugger could use for this purpose, but unfortunately, there is not.
